Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Crown Packers & Movers. The scope of work, pickup and delivery locations, schedule, and quoted charges will be confirmed before service begins. Please provide complete and accurate information about the items to be moved and site access.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Additional charges may apply where the actual volume, distance, access conditions, handling requirements, taxes, or requested services differ from the agreed scope. Payment terms and any advance payment will be communicated in your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring lawful ownership or authority to move the goods, arranging access and permissions at both locations, and disclosing fragile, high-value, or special-handling items. Personal documents, cash, jewellery, medicines, and other valuables should be carried by you and should not be included in the shipment.
We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable, explosive, flammable, or otherwise prohibited items. We may refuse any item that cannot be safely or lawfully moved.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing. Weather, traffic, road restrictions, regulatory checks, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material changes.
Please inspect your goods at delivery and report any visible loss or damage promptly. Any claim must include relevant booking details and supporting evidence. Liability, where applicable, is limited in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable law. Optional transit insurance, where available, is subject to the insurer's separate policy terms.
